Since 1994 Dr. Arsky is the saxophone professor of the Universidade de Brasilia, where more than thirty students have graduated from his studio. Those students are well positioned as  university professors, saxophone instructors, army band members, and jazz and classical performers. Besides the saxophone studio, Dr. Arsky teaches theory and recording classes. He also started the popular music program at the UnB Music Department by promoting a Jazz Band course. He was also the head of the Music Department for two therms (1998-2001) and is on his third therm right now,  undergraduate coordinator for two terms and member of several superior councils of the Universidade de Brasília. From 2014-2015 Dr. Arsky was the president of the ADUnB, professors' labor union at Universidade de Brasilia.
